Making Energetic Corrections

A correction in energetic terms makes a change to the central nervous system, especially within the spinal cord. Any changes you want to make in your body, mind or spirit can best be made on your spinal cord, or your midline. Your midline would be the line that separates the left side of your body from the right side of your body. To keep it simple, just deal with a two dimensional body.
At its core, the energetic process for making a change requires mentally or physically testing for weaknesses, searching for appropriate or inappropriate influences in your life. You can either physically do this or mentally, but mental testing is quicker until it becomes a reflex action that is instantaneous.
Place your thought or thinking on any part of your body and then stop thinking, get into your feeling, what do you feel? Is it an empty feeling or a full feeling? Correspondingly, is it strong or is it weak? Our basic question is always how does it feel: strong or weak? Asking this question is referred to as testing. You always test for weaknesses.
Of course, when a person has a lot of negative emotions, it’s difficult for them to have that feeling. But feeling is just strong or weak.
We are so used to the idea of feeling and mixing up with our emotions. We feel sad. We feel angry. We feel frustrated. We are only feeling these emotions. When we can separate the emotions from our feeling and the feeling from our emotions, then the feeling should just be strong or weak.
Where in your body do you find weaknesses? When there is weakness, it means something inappropriate is going on. At this point, we are not certain what it is and that is OK. When you test and find it tests strong, this means that there is nothing worthy of attention going on in that area or from that issue. It is not necessary to make a correction— put any more attention there. Move on and test something else.
Weakness is the answer we always search for no matter what we test, no matter what the pain is.
Weakness may mean the existence of dysfunction leading to the deficiency of energy, or the deficiency of energy leading to dysfunction. This bi-directionality is emphasized to show that for every occurrence, the effects go both ways. Each direction is tested for weakness.
Example of testing for a weakness
Think of an area of pain in your body.
Mentally place your thought down your spinal cord, also referred to as the midline. Do this until you find the corresponding bodily weakness in your spinal cord.
As soon as you have located the weakness on your midline, notice by placing your thought on the area, it automatically becomes strong.
1 2 3, that is how simple it is to make a correction for any weakness you pinpoint in your body, your mind and even your spirit.

Energy supports all life. It supports every choice you make consciously or unconsciously. There is nothing mystical about it. Every desire that has materialized for us has been supported by our own energy. Every undesirable thing that has come to us has also been supported by our own energy.
Why? Because the mechanism that chooses what comes to us is single-minded focus. Energy is abundant and neutral. There is more than enough energy to support the total fitness of the mind/body spirit for all humanity. It is only a matter of learning to use it to our benefit.
Understanding the basic energetic concepts and using energetic ‘corrections’ shortens the time for improving your success in all areas of your life, such as health/fitness, relationships and finances.
Your approach to success is no longer at the whim of chaos or unknown to you. With the application of the correct tools, you receive immediate results and feedback. You can pinpoint the exact causes or sources of your ailments and weaknesses. You can correct yourself, as well as others.
Yuen Mastery gives you the correct tools. No longer will you need to rely on assumptions and guess work.
Relationships improve when you minimize internal conflict and self-sabotage. Relationships improve when you have better interaction with Self. Alter learning to pinpoint the causes or weaknesses and make corrections on the midline, you can give others the correct information, so they appreciate your presence. You can even make corrections for others to be strong in appreciating you.
Prosperity improves when you have the tools to make energetic to being strong for attracting the right circumstances and people that will support achievement of your goals. You can be in great demand with many people who are glad to pay for you services and products. You can make corrections to minimize weaknesses that stand in the way to your success, and make corrections to become strongly accessible to the wealth of the universe.
With a deeper understanding of the fundamental truths of energy, you will grasp more completely how basic energetic concepts work for your own benefit and the benefit of others.
Confirm Your Own Energetic Corrections with the Finger Test

After you make an energetic correction, you can confirm the weakness and correction-to -strength with several different types of physical tests.
Finger and thumb test: Link your thumbs and index fingers in an interlocking ‘OK’ sign. Keeping your thumbs and index fingers interlocked, mentally scan your body for a weakness.
When you find one, your interlocking finger grip breaks apart. When the finger and thumb separate, it signals a weakness. If they stay together, whatever you have focused on would be said to test strong.
If you have found a weakness, because your finger and thumb have separated, next focus on your midline, or spinal cord. Again, the midline is the imaginary line down the front of your body dividing it in half. Notice there is a corresponding weakness there that becomes strong as you focus on it.
Test the fingers again. Most likely, there will be no break in your interlocking grip. If there is still a break, however, you should focus again on your midline, feeling as the weakness there changes to strength. Then, retest the area of your body. It should now test strong.
It is best to be neutral, clear and non-judgmental. Corrections can also be made on the midline to achieve these states. Do not be concerned about whether you are right or wrong, capable or incapable.
This method makes it easy to access your own energies or the energies of another being. You can now locate strong and weak area on other people, your pets, livestock or even your plants with no physical contact.
This test is also effective on those who are too weak or ill to do it for themselves.
Kinesiology vs Yuen Mastery

Many people mistakenly assume that any muscle testing procedure they see involving arms, interlocked fingers etc, is a form of Kinesiology. This is not true. Kinesiology refers to the effects of muscular response to movement.
In Kinesiology the correction must be done physically by massaging the lymphatic points, making contact with the spinal column or by corrective body movements.
When we use the Yuen Mastery System method for approaching total fitness of mind body spirit, we already know that muscles within the body may be weakened or strengthened as a response to thoughts, words or body traumas.
Conversely, positive or pleasant thoughts can strengthen the body and help facilitate fitness on all levels. Energetic corrections properly made may then be confirmed by a strong response in the arm test, as opposed to the initial weak response.
With the arm muscle test, for example, a thought that might have a negative mental effect on a person (like traffic congestion or headache) causes physical weakening of the person’s arm. What is being manifested, in fact, is a weakening of the person’s entire energy system. When the proper correction is applied, the arm muscle can be retested for strength.
A muscle test should be used for demonstration purposes only.
It is best used to show your client or the audience that there is a weakness in someone’s energy field. In the novice stages of energy work, practitioners of the energetic method may lean on muscle testing to get information, whereas in the advanced or mastery level of energetic work, no muscle testing is necessary.
Feeling the energy remaining strong or going weak is the true test.
Whenever someone does not cooperate in the muscle test, correct the person for cooperation or use your own finger/thumb test. Better yet, mentally test without physical contact.
Remember, muscle testing is not a test of will, physical resistance, or determination not to lower your arm. Give instructions to the person with whom you are working. The purpose of the muscle test is to measure the change in energy. It is not physical resistance at any cost. When a muscle test is applied properly, the smallest woman can successfully uncover the energetic weaknesses of the biggest and strongest Sumo Wrestler.
In the New Yuen Mastery System which tests for weaknesses and strengthens them correctly, a muscle test in not required. It is used only as an illustration of a change in energy and is never the sole method for accessing information.
How to Test and Correct for Your Pain

The first step to resolve pain is to test for the causes/sources of physical pain. A common belief is that sources of pain originate on the physical level.
This is hardly ever the case, however. If you limit the treatment of pain only to the physical level, you will not get the quick results that you desire or are capable of getting. It is necessary to intuitively test the various levels that pain may stem from. Besides the physical level, pain may be due to mental, emotional psychological, psychic and/or spiritual issues.
All basic life supports, health/fitness, prosperity, relationships, family, aging/future, career and life purpose, are affected by one or more of the six levels, or the relationships between these levels.
Illnesses and traumas are not the cause of pain, even though inevitably they get the blame. When you pinpoint the causes/sources and strengthen yourself to the causes/sources of illness and injury, pain will diminish. Upon pinpointing the correct cause, it frequently vanishes instantly.
Pain leads to ailments and ailments lead to pain.
There is always a two way relationship between pain and ailments. It is not just Ailments that cause the Pain. It is also Pain causing the Ailments.
For example, Insufficient Blood Circulation leads to Structural Degeneration and/or Structural Instability blocks Blood Flow. Blood may be relaying weak to Arteries and Veins and/or Arteries and Veins weaknesses lead to abnormal Blood flow.
Lymphatic Fluid Flows through the Lymph Channels. Likewise, a Lymphatic System weakness can lead to the loss of Structural Integrity and/or Integrity and vice versa: Structural Dysfunction can block normal Lymphatic Flow.
Energy flows through the Meridians. Meridians are non-physical energy channels within the body. Energy supports the integrity of all our physical structures, and conversely, structural weaknesses can inhibit normal Energy Flow.
There is more than enough energy available to us. What most of us lack, is the simple information needed to use this energy in ways that will benefit us.
