The first step to resolve pain is to test for the causes/sources of physical pain.  A common belief is that sources of pain originate on the physical level.

This is hardly ever the case, however. If you limit the treatment of pain only to the physical level, you will not get the quick results that you desire or are capable of getting.   It is necessary to intuitively test the various levels that pain may stem from.  Besides the physical level, pain may be due to mental, emotional psychological, psychic and/or spiritual issues.

All basic life supports, health/fitness, prosperity, relationships, family, aging/future, career and life purpose, are affected by one or more of the six levels, or the relationships between these levels.

Illnesses and traumas are not the cause of pain, even though inevitably they get the blame. When you pinpoint the causes/sources and strengthen yourself to the causes/sources of illness and injury, pain will diminish. Upon pinpointing the correct cause, it frequently vanishes instantly.

Pain leads to ailments and ailments lead to pain.

There is always a two way relationship between pain and ailments.  It is not just Ailments that cause the Pain. It is also Pain causing the Ailments.

For example, Insufficient Blood Circulation leads to Structural Degeneration and/or Structural Instability blocks Blood Flow. Blood may be relaying weak to Arteries and Veins and/or Arteries and Veins weaknesses lead to abnormal Blood flow.

Lymphatic Fluid Flows through the Lymph Channels. Likewise, a Lymphatic System weakness can lead to the loss of Structural Integrity and/or Integrity and vice versa: Structural Dysfunction can block normal Lymphatic Flow.

Energy flows through the Meridians.  Meridians are non-physical energy channels within the body.   Energy supports the integrity of all our physical structures, and conversely, structural weaknesses can inhibit normal Energy Flow.

There is more than enough energy available to us.  What most of us lack, is the simple information needed to use this energy in ways that will benefit us.
