For me, this lie about pain was so embedded that my life's choices were often for the more painful path.  I had actually been taught that enduring pain was a virtue and proved good character.  I am grateful to Dr. Yuen for casting the light of reason and truth on this deplorable and disempowering lie.  Thank you to YM and everyone committed to life undominated by pain.
